• How long does a crown appointment last?

  Placing a crown requires two appointments that are 10 days apart. The first appointment lasts approximately one hour, and the second appointment lasts approximately 30-45 minutes.

• Do you accept my insurance?

  We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance, but as a courtesy, we will file your insurance on your behalf.

• What kind of teeth whitening services do you offer?

  We offer professional-grade Crest® Whitening Strips, Opalescence® take-home whitening trays, and Opalescence® Boost in-office whitening treatments.

• How often do you recommend professional teeth cleaning?

  At least every six months, though some patients may need cleanings more often.

• Am I responsible for payment upfront?

  Yes, we accept payment at the time of service. However, we accept CareCredit® – an affordable, low-interest payment plan available to most patients.

• Will I have a deductible?

  All insurance plans are different, and your benefits and deductibles (if any) will be dictated by your particular plan’s provider.
